📦 Return & Refund Eligibility

  • You must request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return meets our policy criteria, the refund process will begin.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (as discussed).

  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Products returned beyond the 2-day window
