⏳ Return Request Window

You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

After this window, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

🛒 Eligible Items for Return

Returns are accepted for:

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect items received
Undelivered items that are marked as delivered (must be reported within 24 hours)

Note: All returns must be in unused and original condition, with packaging intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Customized or branded packaging (unless defective)
Used, soiled, or altered products
Items returned without prior approval

📝 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at clevstores@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach photos (in case of damage/defect).
Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.

📦 Return Shipping

If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
If returning for any other valid reason, return shipping may need to be handled by the customer.

💳 Refund After Return

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

You’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
