Full payment is required before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept UPI, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways.
Invoices are sent digitally.

Note: Order confirmation does not mean acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on product type, quantity, and location.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or natural disruptions.
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
